“CityNeeds Daan Utsaav” is about collecting usable material like clothes, woollens, beddings, toys, books, Medicines, utensils, appliances etc and giving to the needy through verified NGOs. You can also donate online by clicking DONATE. However, there are various other opportunities to join this noble cause in your city.

1. Donor

Donors are the life line of any charity and without them everything is meaningless. You as a donor can give away any of the items such as clothes, woollens, beddings, toys, books, Medicines, utensils, appliances etc provided they are in usable condition. You can also choose the social sector close to your heart and donate online to any of our verified NGOs. You can give a missed call at 8289066979, receive a message on your WhatsApp, choose the social sector and donate on the cause you like or you can check these NGOs on our website by clicking Donate Button.

2. Dropping Centre

We need dropping centers across Punjab from 2^nd to 8^th October where our donors can come and donate the above material. If you are voluntarily willing to offer space to collect donated material you can click below and apply. Please read the instructions given before filling the form.

As a dropping centre you agree to voluntarily

Provide us adequate space and a person from 2nd to 8th October to receive the donated material.
Permit CityNeeds to publish your contact details and address on our website and otherwise to our donors in your vicinity.
Promote our campaign in your network
Attend all calls during this period and reply to their queries politely as per details provided by us.
Receive material from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm from 2nd to 8th October
Provide a person to help the donor, receive the material and note down the donor details to be uploaded by the end of the day so that a thanks message can be sent.
Agree to drop the collected material to a common designated point in your city on 9^th October

3. Sponsor or Partner

“CityNeeds Daan Utsaav” is about collecting usable material like clothes, woollens, beddings, toys, books, Medicines, utensils, appliances etc and giving to the needy through verified NGOs. Thank you for your interest in supporting this cause that is being undertaken across different cities of Punjab. Attached please find the sponsorship proposal.

4. Beneficiary NGO

“CityNeeds Daan Utsaav” is about collecting usable material like clothes, woollens, beddings, toys, books, Medicines, utensils, appliances etc and giving to the needy through verified NGOs. If you are a registered NGO in Punjab you can give us your requirement and we will try to fulfil them through this campaign.

You should be having a track record in collecting and utilising one of these items in an efficient and effective manner.

You should be having a running project, infrastructure, manpower and most importantly beneficiaries to utilize this material and agree to lift it from the central location in your city.

5. Volunteer

“CityNeeds Daan Utsaav” is about collecting usable material like clothes, woollens, beddings, toys, books, Medicines, utensils, appliances etc and giving to the needy through verified NGOs.

Whether you are a student, a working professional or a house maker you can join this campaign as a volunteer. We invite Volunteers to help us in this campaign through their network, social media, colleagues, institution or organisation. Besides promotion, you can help us in setting up and coordinating with dropping centres, mobilise sponsors or handling the donated material.
