Guidelines and Norms for Participants – Online Talent Hunt by Lodhi Club and CityNeeds
1. Eligibility:
- Open to all members of Lodhi Club and their dependents.
- Participants must register on the designated platform before submitting their entries.
2. Categories:
- Music and Singing
- Dance
- Visual Arts
- Performance Arts
- Sports and Fitness
- Crafts and DIY
3. Video Submission:
- Each participant can submit only one video per category.
- Videos should be no longer than 3 minutes.
- The video should be recorded in high resolution.
- Ensure good lighting and clear audio for better visibility and audibility.
- Only original content should be submitted. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
4. Submission Process:
- Register on the contest platform.
- Upload your video entry of your talent under relevant category.
- Provide your full name, member ID, and contact details during submission
5. Voting Process:
- Participants are encouraged to share their video links with family and friends to gather votes.
- Voting is open to the public, but each person can vote only once per video.
- Voting will be monitored to prevent any fraudulent activities.
6. Code of Conduct:
- Respect all participants and refrain from any negative comments or behavior.
- Any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive content will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification.
7. Judging and Prizes:
- Winners will be determined based on the highest number of votes received.
- In case of a tie, the judging panel will review the tied entries and make the final decision.
- Prizes will be awarded to the top entries in each category during the prize distribution ceremony on 15th July 2024.
8. Important Dates:
- Submission Deadline : 05th July 2024
- Voting Deadline : 14th July 2024
- Winner Announcement : 15th July 2024
9. General Rules:
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and guidelines as necessary.
- Participants must adhere to all deadlines and submission requirements.
- Decisions made by the organizers and judging panel are final and binding.
